Copyright of all articles published by the Journal of Science Research and Reviews (JOSRAR) is retained by the author(s).
Authors maintain full ownership of their intellectual work and the rights to their published research. JOSRAR does not claim copyright ownership of published articles.
Articles published in JOSRAR are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).
What This License Means
The CC BY 4.0 license grants the broadest permissions while maintaining attribution to the original author. Under this license:
Permitted Uses
Users are free to:
1. Share the contribution:
- Copy and distribute the material in any medium or format
- Transmit the material electronically or otherwise
- Make the material available to others
2. Remix the contribution:
- Adapt, transform, and build upon the material
- Create derivative works based on the article

Conditions
The only requirement is:

Author Rights Under CC BY 4.0
By retaining copyright, authors have the right to:
1. Reuse Their Work:

2. Create Derivative Works:
- Publish extended or updated versions

Author Responsibilities
Authors agree to:
1. Grant JOSRAR a License to Publish:

2. Represent Legal Authority:

- Ensure all co-authors are listed
- Acknowledge all sources and collaborators

License Grant Upon Acceptance
When a manuscript is accepted for publication, the author(s) automatically grant JOSRAR:
- A non-exclusive, worldwide license to publish, distribute, and archive the article
- The right to license the article under CC BY 4.0
- The right to make the article available in multiple formats and repositories
- The right to include the article in indexing and abstracting services
Conditional Nature of the License
Important: This publication license is conditional upon acceptance.
- If a manuscript is rejected, no license is granted and all rights revert to the author
- Authors may freely submit rejected manuscripts to other journals
- JOSRAR acquires no rights to rejected manuscripts

Materials Requiring Permissions

Retractions
If an article is retracted:

By submitting a manuscript to JOSRAR, all authors agree to:

- Resolve any licensing disputes through established procedures
Dispute Resolution
If disputes arise regarding copyright or licensing:
